The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great tips about the area. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the bus station, supermarket, and restaurants. It made exploring the city and finding everything we needed very convenient. Additionally, the late check-out option was a bonus, allowing us to relax and not rush on our departure day.
Additionally, the shower pressure could have been stronger, but this was a minor issue overall.

The rooms at Charm Hotel are simply amazing! They are individually decorated, making each one feel unique and special. I loved having a laptop-friendly workspace and a laptop-compatible safe. The air conditioning and comfy bathrobes were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, the flat-screen TV and black-out curtains made for a great movie night in.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the active solar water heating system in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others might still enjoy it.

The location couldn't have been better - super close to the bus station, supermarket, and restaurants. And the staff? They treated us like royalty, even allowing us a late check-out at no extra cost.
The food for breakfast could've been a bit more varied, just adding a few more options would have made it perfect.
